I am a birth doula who serves Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas. I believe in empowerment, bodily autonomy, and the badassery of all birthing people and all the ways in which they birth. To me, birth is powerful, gritty, and transformative. While no one can guarantee how birth will unfold, I do believe in the power of both preparation and a supportive, knowledgeable guide. I believe in evidenced-based methods of support as well as a birthing person’s innate intuition and strength. I strive to create a safe space for birthing people, honoring their choices, and providing unwavering support during childbirth.
